At vLink Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional live production and streaming services, and our partnership with AVIXA is a testament to that commitment.
AVIXA is a global trade association for the professional audiovisual industry with members in over 80 countries. AVIXA’s InfoComm is one of the largest AV tradeshows in the world. vLink Solutions has been working with AVIXA over the past four years to help produce their AVIXA TV show live from the InfoComm exhibition floor.
Our role in this collaboration is multifaceted. We not only manage the live production and live stream from the AVIXA TV booth, but also shoot and produce multiple video segments to be used during the live stream. Additionally, we support and direct image-magnification (IMAG) and recording for the “Tech Innovation Stage,” ensuring that attendees and viewers alike can fully engage with the cutting-edge presentations.
Below is an IMAG example of a panel discussion about the Sphere in Las Vegas from the Tech Innovation Stage produced by our team. We utilized four Canon PTZ cameras and one manned camera with a single producer to control the PTZs while switching between cameras.
This year, we expanded our IMAG / recording scope to include the main keynote presentation on an auxiliary stage. Joe Pham, Chairman and CEO of QSC, delivered a captivating talk around AI and the future called “Everything Has Changed”. Check out the final video produced using a similar setup with Canon PTZs and a single producer.
AVIXA TV live show was a major undertaking. Planning started months before arriving at the show and included multiple venders (Ross Video, IKAN and Sharp) plus the AVIXA TV team. Once onsite, part of our team focused on the live stream set up while others focused on producing video content that had to be ready in 24 to 48 hours. This content exemplifies the creativity and technical expertise we bring to all projects under a hyper-compressed timeline.
Another notable example of our work is a cold-open video featuring members of the AVIXA TV team, two show hosts, and an adorable group of puppies. This engaging and heartwarming cold open segment set a positive tone for the show, capturing viewers’ attention from the start. Take a look:
Another example was shot off-site at Area15, a nearby venue. This production is a short news story about the venue. Check it out:
All in, vLink team shot 7 and edited 9 videos during the week. The team was definitely pulling some late nights. In the end, there were 7 AVIXA TV Live shows that were streamed across multiple platforms. Our team managed teleprompters, camera controls, graphics, and the live stream, while Ross Video and Freeman rounded out the team. Special thanks to Ross Video for providing some incredible cool gear with the expertise to use it.

Our partnership with AVIXA is more than just a professional collaboration. Over the years, we’ve grown closer to the AVIXA team, and this camaraderie enhances our ability to work seamlessly together. Despite the busy schedule during InfoComm week, the strong bond we share with AVIXA makes it one of the most enjoyable and rewarding experiences on our calendar. Our ongoing partnership with AVIXA showcases vLink Solutions’ commitment to excellence in live production and streaming services. We are proud to be a trusted partner for AVIXA TV, and we look forward to many more years of collaboration and success.
