We made a new friend in 2022: The Copponex Group. The Copponex Group is an exploding business that installs and restores playgrounds and all other amenities in the parks and recreation space.

At the time that they approached us, they were experiencing a problem: onboarding new talent was taking too long, as installing playgrounds is a very complex task. They wanted to streamline this onboarding process by leveraging training videos.

We love the people over at Copponex. They’re friendly as they come, forward-thinking and aggressive in the way they’re expanding. We wanted to create training content that would communicate this friendly, yet aggressive culture to viewers and speak to the likeminded talent they were hiring.

With this in mind, we created a series of vlog-style onboarding videos that featured a supervisor speaking unscripted to the camera onsite, explaining structures and processing occurring in the installation process. This professional, edgy vlog style feel was also achieved through the company executives delivering content to the camera in a tactfully designed and lit office environment to introduce and conclude each video.

In addition to the onboarding training videos, we were able to create recruitment content for areas of the country that they are expanding into. We also created marketing and sales videos for them featuring the company executives delivering a message on the company’s values and mission.

The people at Copponex have reported to us that these training videos have greatly streamlined their onboarding process.

Please enjoy one of the training videos we created for The Copponex Group.
