Their strategy was straightforward: develop a customizable WordPress website, leveraging both existing plugins and tailored technology to ensure scalability and efficiency. WHAT’S IN A NAME?
The name “CxO Atlas” holds dual symbolism. First, “Atlas” references the Greek mythological figure burdened with holding up the sky—an apt metaphor for business leaders navigating high-stakes responsibilities. Second, it evokes road atlases, guiding users through complex challenges. This combination highlights CxO Atlas’ mission: to help entrepreneurs, CEOs, and managers find clear solutions to their toughest challenges. 

BRANDING & MARKETING STRATEGY
Our team developed the brand identity and custom logo to reflect the symbolic meaning of the brand’s name. Additionally, we produced thought leadership podcasts and videos to align with the brand messaging and tied them into a polished go-to-market strategy for the website’s launch.  

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
vLink Solutions built the CxO Atlas website from the ground up and hosts the platform in-house. The WordPress-based site integrates several powerful off-the-shelf plugins to manage membership, access control, and document management. Additionally, vLink created custom plugins to allow seamless navigation throughout the article database, options to help non-members easily register within articles, and tracking of article views and popularity.

A standout feature of the AI-powered CxO Atlas platform is the Ask CxO Atlas chatbot, which allows members to engage conversationally with the content, greatly simplifying the member’s experience. Users can ask business-related questions, and the AI-driven tool delivers expert guidance instantly—like consulting with an industry veteran on the spot! With over 700 curated articles, CxO Atlas helps users seamlessly explore a vast library of knowledge. vLink played a key role in integrating AI into the site through robust plugins and consulting on how best to leverage this cutting-edge technology to serve members’ needs.
